My AW Series 4 Cellular model is off the charger 16-18 hours daily and when I put it back on the charger before bed Im usually around 60 battery life left at the end of my day. Its more energy efficient. If you have the latest Series 5 model then you can start off by disabling the always.

Apple Watch Series 5 - Poor battery life and battery data. Since Apple says that their new Apple Watch Series 5 is offering the same battery life as with Apple 4 wherein it lasts for 18-hours many reports have claimed that its not always the case as others have been getting at least just a 3 hour use of their watch.
